Financial Agreement

Effective the week of January 1st, 2025

The Children's Nest is licensed by the Department of Human Services. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The Center will be CLOSED on the following days: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. If a holiday is on Saturday, the center will be closed the Friday before. If a holiday is on Sunday, the center will be closed on the Monday after. The Children's Nest holds the right to be closed due to inclement weather

All rates include breakfast, lunch, and snacks

Basic Services

$50 one-time registration fee per child

$100 Weekly holding fee per child

$50 annual supply fee per child (due in September)

$20 annual field trip fee per child age 2+ (due in May)

**Every family is required to let us know in writing if they will NOT need summer care **

All families are required to fill out a monthly calendar, which will be placed in cubbies for parents to fill out and return

* Full-time rates will be charged regardless of absences and holidays.

Part-time rate applies to 3 days or less. Families will be charged according to the time requested on the calendar regardless of attendance. 

Payment Provisions: Tuition for the prior week is due on Wednesday by 6 PM. A late payment fee of $20 will be charged for any payments made after 6 PM Wednesday. There is a $30 fee for any returned checks.

Early/Late Pick-up fee: Any Early and Late pick-up fee of $1.00 per minute before 6:00 AM and after 5:30 PM will be applied to your weekly bill should this situation arise. See parent handbook for additional fee information.
